    Here's the information you need and some of the other typical datasheet parameters. This is for the DGQ package option.

    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value)

    63.5 

    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value)

    51.6 

    Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value)
