Does anybody help me to figure out 3521 66T EFDE chip data sheet?

Ti supporter,

I'm doing research on Super-Capacitors charge balance project and have a sample board has a chip name on it (3521 66T EFDE and TI logo on it). I searched it anywhere couldn't find. the datasheet.

If you know it please give me a help to figure out the datasheet of it.
