Is there an ic available from Texas for balancing 12 series connected supercapacitors?

I need to charge them a 4A maximum at a constant voltage of 30V (12 x 2.5V = 30V)

    Hi Stephan,

    I would suggest looking at the bq76940 device. It can handle up to 15 cells, 48V and has the balancing feature. It is optimized for Li-ion though and is still in preview.the bq77910A handles just 10 cells, is a protector device but also does balancing
