Recommendation for PWM IC for Buck Converter

Looking to design a wide-range buck converter to buck down input voltage range from 12VDC through 120VDC input  to 12VDC output.

So, it would run from 100% duty cycle at 12VDC input  to small duty cycle (approx. 10%) at 120VDC input.

I don't care about an integrated switch, and it doesn't look like T.I. has any with integrated switch with high enough voltage rating. (Looks like 100V is max. rating).

Maybe use pwm chip with uncommited transistor(s)?

Looking for recommendation of chip or combination of chips to do this as simply and cheaply as possible. Hysteretic buck would be preferable, but not required.

Thanks.
