bq28550 shutdown mode

How to jump out of shutdown mode when the battery is first attached to the chip? I'm not using CFET and DFET for my design.

the part exits shut down if a charger voltage appears across the pack+ and pack - Pins. This voltage is detected by pin Vm

do you have an email or phone number i can reach you? I know you are an expert and now we are having a problem with the communication reliability issue.

The communication fails one out of four trys and we think the data is also not correct. But the logic in the oscilloscope seems correct.
