In document SLUU238B and SLUU397A which are document about user guide of calibration board by TI, you specified that we need a sensor temperature with accuracy of 0.1°C !
Why your calibration board HPA169 and HPA495 have sensor temperature with an accuracy of +/- 2°C ??
