This is my second design using this part however this time I am getting a single pulse FLT from the UCD74111 during the soft start. The UCD9244 will send roughly 6 to 8 PWM pulses with a 30ns width (soft start) before the UCD74111 signals the FLT.
I am converting from 12V to 1V and the RDLY resistor is 8.06k so the over current high-side detection should be blanked.
I found that if I manually do a very soft start by slowly ramping up the 12V (Vin), the UCD74111 will not signal a fault and the system operates correctly.
I have scope captures of the two scenarios. Purple channel is the PWM signal and the yellow is the 12V Vin.
Any thoughts on why I am receiving this FLT and what I can do to correct it?
