Our customer plans to use TPS74401.

Please tell me the consumption electric current. at shut down of TPS74401I.

Is the following calculation all right?

■I[bias]+I[sｈdn]→consumption electric current

■Vbias*I[bias]+Vin*I[sｈdn]→power consumption

Yes, the above calculation would be correct to calculate the electric current consumption and power consumption during shutdown.
