Using UCC27524A-Q1 Driver

I need to drive a full bridge MOSFET module at 100KHz. Generally, every other manufacturers provide the maximum switch voltage that the device can have in a Gate driver like 600V and 1200V which are common the gate drivers specs. The switch stress is 700V and 12A RMS current in my case. I m not able to find a good dual channel 1200V gate driver anywhere. Can i use this UCC27524A-Q1 driver. I need isolation as well. Does this driver provide isolation. If not, is there any TI mosfet driver that provides isolation. This is my first converter design. Pls someone help me.

    Hi Shiva,

    The UCC27524 is low side gate driver. You can use it as the drvier for the low side MOS in your full bridge. I do not think we have good option for your application now.

    This driver does not provide isolation between the input and the output.
