Hi All,

What is the max I_charge[A] that can BQ24650 handle?

I have 2 x 40 W ,12V solar panels in parallel Maxcell 40 Poly.

And can I constant recharge 12V battery?

The '650 is a controller with an external power stage so the power components along with the sense resistor basically determine how much power can be converted. Changing the sense resistor will change the charge current.
