i would like to know how to drive 4 leds connected in series using tps92411. Can i do it by giving 24 v(rms) input.

Hello,

TPS92411 is a linear solution ideal for 120VAC/220VAC use and the LED strings should full fill the structure shown in the link below...

It may not suitable for your application. What is your output current and source voltage? Maybe you can have a look at TPS92560. We have a reference design for MR16.
