UC3625 typical application circuit problem

 I am working on a college project to design a motor control circuit to drive a BLDC motor. I have been trying the application circuit given in the datasheet, but with no results. I am able to detect the hall sensor input at the input pins and all other values seem to be within ranges as specified on the datasheet . The RC-OSC output too is within the specified range. But, no output can be seen at the PUA, PUB, PUC and PDA, PDB, PDC pins.
