◆ Dispersion of LM1084-ADJ Vref voltage data.

(My customer wants to know the distribution data at the time of the factory shipment.)

As for distribution information for LM1084 Vref ... I don't have any.

I will need to ask Product Engineering to check with the test site (TIEM) to see if the Vref information is being collected.

I suspect that the Vref test may be a 'go/no-go' test, so all we might know is pass-or-fail, not the value.

I will need to track down the appropriate Product Engineer for this device. This may take a day or two. Knowing the end customer ~might~ expidite the process.

Not sure what that means. You might need to connect with RF Power/LDO Marketing if this is business related.
