Split Rail IC for OP-amps

Hey

I have a circuit with several OP-AMP's and I wish to power them on a single voltage supply. My project time is limited and I do not wish to waste time reinventing the wheel and build a circuit to get a reliable dual supply. So here is my question: Is there any single IC that I can get to take a voltage say +12V and split it up into +6, VGND and -6 (anything similar will also make me jolly).

I require a current of round about 500mA maybe more. I have to amplify signals that are up to 200kHz.

If you can, please, PLEASE help

Thank you
