TPS2590 - output off current and feed-through use allowance

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2590

I have an application where the TPS2590 starts in off state and tries to detect when a device is connected (P2 bellow) by checking the occurence of a voltage step and then the firmware powers the device on. The first question is what is the off current of the TPS2950 OUT pins (the data sheet does not have this information) and also if it is OK to inject some voltage on the output by means of a voltage divisor as in the schematics.
