bq34z110evm configuration

Hello Tom,

I connected a 12V/7.2Ah battery to bq34z110evm with no load attached and tried to configure the data flash via EV2300. I can change the Qmax cell 0 to 7200 mAh. However, I could not change the design cell capacity to 7200 mAh and design cell energy to 14400mWh.  

When I tried to write the value to Data Flash each time, it changed back to the previous value automatically. Is there any issue on my setting on the software?

    Hello Tom,

    I fixed the above problem. However, I found another issue. When I updated the data flash with new values and the information on DataRam was still not updated even I pressed the Refresh. The DataRam will display the correct reading if I disconnect  the battery and reconnect it.  I expected that the DataRam will provide correct reading after updating the data flash. Please comment.

    Andy,

    You have to reset the device after changing some of the data flash parameters. The reset will update the RAM and force the device to run an FCC simulation. You can reset the device by entering a 41 in the Control field and pressing the enter key on your computer.
