I need thermal resistance from junction to top(Psi-jt) for LM2937IMP-3.3(SOT-223).

    This specific thermal information for LM2937IMP-x.x (SOT-23) is not on hand.

    I have sumitted a request to the packaging group for the specific information you have requested. This typically requires one week for them to provide, although it can take longer if there are unusual high number of requests in the que.

    While we wait for results ... for similar die sizes in the same DCY package and leadframe, the typical Psi(j-t) is 2.2C/W. I would expect LM2937IMP to be within +/-20% of the typical.
