Input capacitor for the LM2853MH and LM317AEMP

Hello guys,

I have two questions regarding  the input capacitor for the LM2853MH and LM317AEMP.

1) LM2853MH :it will make any difference using as input capacitor a 100uF Tantalum cap. with 0.5 Ohm ESR or a 100uF Tantalum cap with 0.2 Ohm ESR.?

2) LM317AEMP:  it will make any difference using as input capacitor a 10uF Tantalum cap. with 0.8 Ohm ESR or a 10uF Tantalum cap with 2 Ohm ESR?
