How to get CHEM-ID and DFI with BQ27531??

Now I am using Bq27531 and Bq24192 chipset to control the battery in my project, duing the development, I have some questions :

1, How can I get CHEM-ID use the Bq27531 EVSW?? There is no BYEASY button in the Bq27531 EVSW, so I must use the ChemSelect Tool to get it . I have downloaded it , but  everytime I use Ctrl+F9 key to run the tool, there is always error in the chemdat  " dir = " " ", the chemdat_status is red. The chemdat6 file is in the same folder with the ChemSelect Tool.

2. How can I get the CHEM-ID with the Log format file ???( the default file is EXEL format , how to change LOG format to EXEL format?? )

3. How can I get the DFI  with the GG file?? I have log the GG file use the Bq27531 EVSW, I want to know how to get the DFI file with GG file?? ( BQ27531 EVSW do not have BYEASY button )
