Is it possible to know the lowest power that the BQ25504 is able to harvest from solar?

is it 100nW as suggested by the datasheet?

    If VSTOR is > 1.8V,  the minimum PIN spec with VIN_DC = 0.5V is 0.01mW. 


    If VSTOR is < 1.8V, then the cold start circuit is on and the PIN(CS) needed, with VIN_DC clamped to the VIN(CS) value, is10 uW typical but up to 50uW maximum.
