Hi,

I'm using a BQ30Z554 for SAFT France.

My configuration is a bq30z554EVM, i use SBS software.

I have some issues and questions.

Afther the calibration done and data flash parameters setting up i can't enter in the tab "calibration" in "data flash", i receive this error: "Runtime error '13' type mismatch, and the software closes.

Also the gauge don't work propely, it's allways at 100% and never changes.

How can i fixed that? Maybe it's a parameter problem, but which one?

    This looks like a mismatch between the firmware and bqEVSW program. Did you download the bqEVSW setup program from the bq30z554-R1 website? I attached the default senc file that you can load into the device and try again. You can also send me the files that you are loading and I can test it.

    First thanks for your help,

    Yes I downloaded "bqEVSWSetup00.09.92_bq30z554v0.11R1d.exe" from the website.

    I used your .senc and it's permit me to have some results:
    using a 4s battery; FCC=4589mAh (but mine should be is 6800mAh), and twice a Remain Capacity update but only when a discharge current was present (-377mA).

    How does the FCC is updated? And how the Remaining Capacity is it calculated?

    Also the issue of the calibration tab in data ram window persists again.

    My RAM configuration is attached (.dfi), and 2 screenshots.
