Hi,
Now my customer is using LM5060 as attached circuit.
they added 1000pF between source and gate of external FET for slowing down the FET ON/OFF.
Is it the correct way? Does it cause a negative influence to LM5060?
Thanks,
Go

Hi Go,
Yes this will slow down the FET. Be sure that during turn on and turn off, the SOA of the FET is not exceeded. They should take measurements on the EVM if they can.
