LM5116 frequency shifted

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5116

Hi,

I have a case when the LM5116 was designed to run to 220kHz (Rt 14.5kohms, no external syc) and the application is running and actually ~310 kHz. The application is using VCCX (~12V), with an enable pull up to Vin to 100kohms and Vin input of 46v. Vout is 5v.

The DEMB pin is tied to GND. Ramp cap was set to 560pF. UVLO pin has a hiccup cap of 100nF (with the discharge diode as specified in the application note).

Do you know is the frequency int he datasheet changes if VCCX is used? Or what could cause the frequency to shift? The application is working fine at low, medium and full load. But this frequency shift is weird to me.

Thank you in advance!
