Charging li-po using bq25504 instead of bq24210

Hi,


I have a 3.7v, 530mAh Li-poly battery, currently I am charging it using a 6.5V, 400mA solar panel using Bq24210 but it does not works for panel voltage <3.5v and it does not support MPPT.

Can I use bq25504 with a 3V, 100mA panel to charge this battery? will it be able to harvest energy even under low light conditions?
