TPS65910 VDD3 for USB_VBUS of AM3352

Can we use VDD3 for USB_VBUS of AM3352 ?

VDD3 output range is from 4.65V to 5.25V and USB_VBUS minimum voltage is 4.75V.
Thus, VDD3 output voltage don't meet USB_VBUS requirement.
 
However, we use VDD3 for USB_VBUS of AM3352 and other slave devices. We don't connect USB connector.
Therefore , VDD3 output current is few.
I think that VDD3 output range is on the condition of 100mA output and full temperature.
If VDD3 current is low, VDD3 output meets USB_VBUS requirement.
Is my understanding correct ?
 
If there are any concern about VDD3 for USB_VBUS of AM3352 please let me know.
