BQ27541-G1 Pack Configuration register differences in GaugeStudio and slua656.pdf

I used slua656.pdf to fine tune the .gg file. When I look at the registers in GaugeStudio v1.3.12 the Pack Configuration registers are quite different.

Which one is the correct one?

I need an answer fast since this is going into testing and production.
