If I am understanding correctly, you are asking if we have an LDO that's output can be either positive or negative.  If this is the case, we do not have a regulator that gives both a positive and negative output.

Hi Deepak,

I apologize for my misunderstanding.  We do not have regulators that give a regulated output from 0V.  The minimum regulated voltage is typically around the band gap of the device for LDOs.

Please tell me which IC I should use to get negative voltage from a positive supply. for example if I give input as+10 volts I should get -10 a volts as the output.

Hi Deepak,

You could use an inverting buck.  A good way to narrow down the options that are provided, you can go to the Power Management page and type in your input and output requirements on the power quick search.  You can also use the Webench designer for some ideas.

can I use 555 timer IC's  to convert positive voltage to negative voltage? If so please attach any texas instruments 555 IC datasheet and application note.
