BQ27421 - Enter to dead lock state

Dear Sirs;

We are using the BQ27421 GAUGE, part number BQ27421YZFT-G1A, in one of our projects. In one project we are using the radio module RF-DATA Model KYL-200L,
the gauge began to present problems of communication, enter to dead lock state. Because the system is modular, following the circuit exhibit this problem,
we removed the circuit gauge of our system and connect the EV2400 Evaluation Module Interface Board, but shows no communication with the GaugeStudio in Gauge
Dashboard, appears only EV2400 connected USB symbol as if the circuit was not connected to the BQ27421 EV2400.
The only way the circuit is back up and running by disconnecting the battery from the circuit after reconnecting the battery the circuit back to work.
We did a test with BQ27421EVM-G1A plate and the problem also occurs.

     HI Adilson:

     We are  working with your local TI Rep to help you. You mentioned you could reproduce it on an EVM.  Could you please send in the exact procedure to reproduce it?

     What is your failure rate?  100%?

     When a unit is in the failing state, can you please measure the voltages on these pins?

    -          VCC (LDO output)

    -          GPOUT

    -          BIN

    Since you are working this with local Field Apps, you can reply to the post with the information or if you prefer, you can  send in the information to your local Apps and he will send it to us.
