Hi. I am making push-pull inverter from 12V to 300V dc/dc. Controller tl494, transistor driver tps2814.
I obtained a problem: when i am connecting a capacitor after rectifier and inductance on output power on output drops, input power increases, switching transistors starting to heat very fast(all power didnt get to stays on them). With no capacitor at output transistors do not heat. On driver output i see clean square. When there is no capacitor on output on transistors drains i see standard figure of push-pull converter(with little oscillations when transistors are switching on frequency of 5MHz). When connecting capacitor to output, i see bad waveforms on transistors and at output. I am using full bridge rectifier. What can be reason of that behavior?
