TPS40210 ripple

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS40210

I am using Webench design tools and TPS40210 to build prototype of my circuit.

It looks resonably OK in terms of the voltage (70V) and required current (140 mA), however ripple somewhat higher then design. And even design specifications looks higher then I need to have.

Design showes 0.82V, I have 1.1V if I measure it properly. If I use long ground clip connection I see noise as 7V and more (indicating a lot of radiated noise , I guess.

So, my primary questions on the way to reduce ripple noise design, measured, and radiated.

What is the best approach to hadle it.  I see noise on both edges of switching.

Thank you, Leonid
