Hi,
I am looking for a voltage step up chip with input from a NiMH battery (nominally 1.2V and as low as 1V). I need to step this up to 3.3V with current of at least to 250mA. Any ideas for a chip that I can use to accomplish this?
Thanks
Yohannes

It looks like TPS61201 might be a good choice:
