TPS54318 PWRGD delay time

Hi, team,

I need to check one thing about TPS54318. Is there any PWRGD delay time of TPS54318? Or once the VSENSE voltage rises to the good condition above 93%, PWRGD MOSFET will turn off and pin voltage will turn high?

PWRGD is pulled up to Vin.

Hi Johnny- There is no additional power good time for TPS54318. Once the VSNS enters the regulation window, the PGOODFET will be released, and PGOOD will float high. There may be some small delay related to the internal circuitry, but this will generally be small (less than a few microseconds).
