TPS54620 ON/OFF Control by Enable pin

The EN pin of the TPS54620 can be used to control power conversion. It can be pulled high or floated (there is a pull-up current source on the EN pin which will cause the EN voltage to rise by itself) to start regulation, and pulled low to disable power conversion. 

The easiest way to interface to the EN pin of TPS54620 is to use open drain logic. Be sure to observe the abs. max rating on the EN pin of 6V.

I want to this chip for LED driver(contant current) with PWN dimming function.

Prelimiary requirment:

1)  Dimming freq. =200Hz

2)  Duty cycle=0-100%

3)  Input level=16V

Q1)  If using EN pin, what is the settle(attack) time of chip?(keep minium cap. in o/p)

Q2)  If using FB pin(like analog dimming circuit), what will be happen when high level(>=0.8V) at FB pin?

Q3)  Except above, please suggest stable circuit to me.
