The Alert for an Overcharge Protection is defined as:
RemainingCapacity() ≥ FullChargeCapacity() , AND Internal charge counter > 0
Overcharge Threshold is in mAh, but the default is a low value (300). How is the threshold used for this and what is an "Internal charge counter"? There's no other reference for this counter.
