Customer is confirming the condition of Min. On Time Specification of TPS54620. What's mean about "Measured at 90% to 90% of VIN"?

And also, customer worries about No load condition with temperature changes. Are there any measurement data?

    The PH node switches approximately from VIN to ground.  The minimum on time is measured from rising edge at 90 % of VIN to falling edge 90% of VIN.  The on time data is taken with 2A drawn from the PH node.  I will see if there is any additional data.
