Cumulative Input Capacitance

In my current design I'm using a total of seven PTH-family DC-DC regulators, all sharing the same 12V input voltage plane.    Does each non-ceramic input capacitor on the 12V plane contribute to the non-ceramic input capacitance requirement of every PTH regulator?   Or is the minimum non-ceramic capacitance still required for each regulator?
