PTEA415050N2AD is used in our one product for converting -48V to 5V,this product had passed the surge test.Recently we purchased those devices for production, now it can not pass the surge test again, but the design and test contion is some as the before. Attached is the image of the PTEA415050N2AD, those two modules are abvious different. I want to know if this device has some updates or the new device is from TI's.
