Can we use LM5574 by attached image circuit ?
Since Sync pin absolute maximum rating is 7V , I believe that this circuit is no problem.
If there are any concerning poit please let me know.

    Can LM5574 be used as phase interleaving output by 2 devices?(i.e. 2phase, 1output)
    If yes, please kindly let me know the application note or any documments.

    Your connection for syncronizing multiple devices is OK.  You may want to increase the frequency of one device to ensure that the others will synchronize correctly.  This is all explained in the data sheet.

    I am not aware of an application for a multiple phase regulator with this device.
