bq76pl536 OTP EPROM Programming Utility Unhandled Exception

When I try to run the bq76PL536 OTP Programming Utility I get error dialog that indicates there is an unhandled exception (see below)

I removed the previous instance of the EVM software and the driver and rebooted the computer then started over by installing the Ardvark drivers, the the EVM software and finally the programming software.

I am running Windows 7 and the .NET Framework is 4.5.1.

Is there supposed to be a screen capture showing the error dialogue contained in your post?

Yes, there was supposed to have been a screen capture of the error dialog. It is pasted below. (At least it appears to be there but it doesn't appear when I preview the post.)

I will try to e-mail the image to you.

Hello Dana,

Pasting a picture directly into the editor has never worked for me. There is a attach picture tool which embeds a picture as well seen as the photo icon on the left.
