About the oscillating frequency of LM5021

Dear, All

In designing a circuit, the customer needs to teach the variation in oscillating frequency.
A value in case RT resistance is 15k and 18k wants to know.
A MIN value / MAX value is required at a given temperature.

a.  RT resistance = 15k
"OSCILLATOR Frequency"
- "Min/Max" value when Tj=-40℃.
- "Min/Max" value when Tj=25℃.
- "Min/Max" value when Tj=125℃.

b.  RT resistance = 18k
"OSCILLATOR Frequency"
- "Min/Max" value when Tj=-40℃.
- "Min/Max" value when Tj=25℃.
- "Min/Max" value when Tj=125℃.

Thanks, Masami M.

    Masami,

I don't have the data you are requesting.  In the data sheet Electrical Charazation table  the oscillator has been characterized with an RT resistor of 13.3k ohm. Over temperature and process the oscillator frequency will vary 400kH minimum, 500 kHz typical, and 560 kHz maximum.  I would expect the same frequency variation with a 15k and 18k resistor.
