If LM10011 has delay time to take VID signal after EN pin becomes high, could you tell me that time value?
Now our customer is observing LM10011 operation .
They send VID signal several tens of microseconds after device enable pin goes high. Then, IDAC_OUT doesn't change depending on VID setting.
However, IDAC_OUT changes correctly when they send VID signal adequate time after device enable pin goes high.
(Exact time is not decided.)
Thus, we are thinking that LM10011 has the waiting time to take VID signal after device ebnable.
Please let me know the waiting time value if our thinking is correct.
