TPS92690

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS92690

Hi,

For Solar street light applications, I'm using TPS92690. To the

 specifications input:12V, Out: 48V, 700mA, I customized the components

value. But when connected to the 2 parallel strings of 12 series leds,

the led tends to flicker and takes just 300mA. I used Radj1= 40K,

Radj2= 100K to set output current to 700mA. Kindly revert the solution

as soon as possible.

  • Hi,

The Rlim1, Rlim2 and Rds-on of the NFET will affect the maximum input current limit which In your case, will be as large as 2.8A. Make sure you set a proper maximum current limit. You can refer to data sheet equation 7&8.

    Best regards,

    Victor
