Schottkey Protection Diode internal to in LM2664?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2664

Hi, I want to use LM2664 to invert +5.2V for a minus rail of an op amp.  A common need for the switched capacitor inverter is for a schottkey diode to be added between Vout and Gnd, so that the output does not go positive upon startup.  Your TPS6040x devices explicitly state that the Schottkey is built in.  Does the LM2664 have it built in?  If not, why does the eval board not include the external diode?
