I am using bq24032a in my device. I want to give High signal at (PSEL, CE and ISET2). Should I directly connect these pins to 4-5v battery? OR should I use some resistors to limit current from battery? Help me. Thanks in advance.

Hello Muhammad,

If the desired logic state for these pins is high than tying them directly to a 4-5V source is acceptable.

Thanks for your response. I am using 1k resistors in series with (4-5V) source. Is it good?

Hello Muhammad,

Yes, a 1kohm pullup resistor should work fine.
