searching for a micro-power single Li-Ion cell -> 9V boost converter module

Title says it all - I'm looking for a ready-made module that can boost a single Li-Ion cell (3-4.2V) to regulated 9V.
Output current requirement is low (<20mA) but No-Load Quiescent Current should be very low to avoid the need for a power switch.
I've found the TPS61040 with No-Load Quiescent Current of just 28uA typical, but this is a chip requiring additional parts to function while I'm looking for a plug-and-play module.
Any such thing made by TI?
