Can you please advise the maximum frequency the LM5113 can handle? All I was able to find in the data sheet is that “the LM5113 can operate up to several MHz.”

Hello Miles,
I would suggest to use it below 1M Hz.
As in Firgure 6, Figure 7, Figure 18 in the spec shows, the current and power dissipation would increase according with the frequency.
We did not test higher frequency.
The real frequency may below 1M hz a lot in real board for the concern of power dissipation and propagation delays.

Do we have a "faster" version of the LM5113 to be released soon? As you stated, there are higher losses at higher frequencies, and with faster GaN FETs available, when will we have correspondingly faster drivers available?
