LMZ14203 Dynamic Output Adjust timing

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMZ14203

Dear all.

The matter of the title is examined by this URL.

I would like to additional question.
What kHz can LMZ14203 operate in this case?
Can it work to the change for every 100 ms from DAC?

Regards,
PAN-M

  • Hi PAN-M,

The switching frequency is pseudo fixed which means it works within a certain fixed range (set by Ron) but varies depending on output voltage and Vin.

The equations to describe this is mentioned on Page 13 of the datasheet under the Ron section.

100ms of DAC response time is allowed. Keep in mind that the part will behave like a load transient response. That is, be prepared for overshoots/undershoots of 75mV. This is the worst case scenario, in most cases this should be quite well behaved. Please refer to Figure 23 in the datasheet for load transient performance.

    Thanks,

    Anston

    Thank you for support.
This device is COT, and I understand that it is no problem.

    Thanks,
