TPS53355 / influence of Vreg voltage

Hello,
 
TPS53355 Vreg is 4.27V(min) when Vdd is 4.5V which is minimum recommended voltage.
Are there any influence to operation at this Vreg voltage (or less than 5V)?
 
According to Table 1 and 2, I think that Vreg will impact to the switching frequency and Softstart time.
