Hi

I am looking for something that can meet this criteria.

Vin = +9V to +36V

Vout = +24V to +36V (somewhere in this range will do).

Imax = 1A

Needs to be isolated and also needs a low quiescent current.

Webench doesn't seem to provide any decent solution, although I was recommended a TPS40210 (but this is non-isolated).

Anybody got any suggestions?

    The TPS40210 was suggested because it can be configured as a flyback topology which is a good option for this type of design. Unfortunately WEBENCH doesn't support many if any isolated topologies right now because they often require a custom transformer. 

    A controller with an external FET will likely be needed for your current and voltage levels. I think the TPS40210 may end up being the lowest quiescent current option for a controller that supports this. There are also quite a few reference designs you may be able to use as a starting point. I took a quick scan through but unfortunately didn't see anything that matched up too nicely with your requirements. However there are designs for lower and higher power than what you need so the TPS40210 could definitely support this.
