Hi there.

I have been using the bqeasy wizard v0.9.86 for the bq20z95 and have found strange results for setting the CUV threshold. I am building a three cell pack with LiFePO4 cells and specify 2000mV for the 'minimum rated cell voltage (from the cell data sheet)" and 2167mV for the "minimum cell voltage allowed during discharge (typically this is when your system will no longer function)". This seems to produce the following settings;

CUV threshold 1466mV

CUV recovery 2266mV

Clearly, this does make sense, as the CUV is less than 2000mV - the minimum rated cell voltage.

Putting the bqeasy process aside, I can't seem to manually correct these settings either - when I modify the CUV Threshold 'Value' by typing in a new number and pressing enter on the keyboard, the field turns red and the previous value is reloaded.

I'm sure I'm overlooking something very simple.

Check you don't have a PF flag bit set and if so remove the cause of the PF and send the PF clear key

Thanks Mike - clearing the PF flags solved the register write problems I was having.

As for the other strange results produced by bqEasy, it might just be a matter of checking the values it produces and modifying them where necessary, I was mostly wondering if others had seen this behaviour.
